Prepared Childbirth Classes – Southlake

A one day, 4 hour, course designed to assist pregnant mothers and their partners to learn about labor, delivery and immediate post partum period. We will focus on Labor: stages of labor, relaxation, breathing, and breastfeeding, as well as newborn and parenting topics. Recommended at 7 to 8 months of pregnancy.
FREE to mothers delivering at Methodist! Partner may attend, but does not need to be enrolled. If expectant mother’s physician is delivering at Northlake, mother must attend the Northlake class. Children may not attend.
